Project & Facility Manager 
20 yearsJob Description : Project & Facility Manager *5–10 years UAE experience in project & facility management. Work Location: Al Ain Salary: 10k - 14k AED *JOB OVERVIEW: The Project & Facility Manager is responsible to manage and oversee all company projects and facility operations across UAE locations, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law, Civil Defence regulations, Municipality standards, and other statutory authority requirements. The role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and timely execution of infrastructure projects. *QUALIFICATIONS/ SPECIALIZED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Facilities Management / Construction. 5–10 years UAE experience in project & facility management. Strong knowledge of UAE Fire & Life Safety Code. Experience handling authority approvals in UAE. NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE 1. Project Management (UAE Regulatory Focus) Plan and execute fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. Obtain required approvals from Municipality, Civil Defence, and other relevant authorities. Ensure contractor compliance with UAE building codes and HSE standards. Coordinate authority inspections and approvals before project handover. Manage project budgets, BOQs, tendering, and contractor payments. Ensure all works comply with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code. 2. Facility Operations & Maintenance Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of: o HVAC systems o Electrical & MEP systems o Plumbing & drainage o Fire alarm & firefighting systems o Elevators and access control systems Ensure valid: o Civil Defence certificates o Trade license-related facility compliance o Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) Monitor utility usage and coordinate with ADDC / DEWA. Manage building insurance documentation. 3. Health, Safety & Compliance (Mandatory UAE Standards) Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law (working conditions & safety). Implement HSE policies aligned with UAE regulations. Conduct risk assessments and safety drills. Coordinate annual fire drills with Civil Defence. Ensure First Aid & Fire Warden training for staff. 4. Vendor & Contract Management Source and manage FM contractors compliant with UAE regulations. Review contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure contractors hold valid trade licenses and insurance. Monitor contractor HSE compliance and site safety. 5. Documentation & Authority Coordination Maintain records of: o Civil Defence approvals o Municipality permits o Inspection certificates o AMC contracts o Equipment warranties Act as company liaison with: o Municipality o Civil Defence o Utility authorities o Landlords and property management companies KPIs (UAE Operational Standards) 100% validity of Civil Defence certifications Zero major HSE violations 95% preventive maintenance compliance rate
