PLANT HEAD

Job Description : PLANT HEAD IVORY COAST The Plant Head will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production across multiple product lines including agrochemical (Glyphosate), lubricants (Grease), moulding, and liquid blending (Natural Oils, Turbo products). This Position is critical in transforming the plant into a high-efficiency ,safe and scalable manufacturing unit. Key Skills: 1. Strong Knowledge of Six Sigma ,OEE,5S ,Kaizen . 2. Knowledge of Chemical , Liquid Production environments. 3. Leadership , Decision Making , Problem -solving skills. 4. Proficient in Excel , Powerpoint & MIS report. Key Responsibility : 1. Lead Daily plant operation across all production lines(Glyphosate , Moulding , Grease , Talc , Turbo , Natural Oil). 2. Ensure Production Targets(Volume,Quality,Cost Delivery) are consistently achieved. 3. Drive Line balancing,Cycle time Optimization , throughput improvement. 4. Adherence of Lean Practices. 5. Ensure Zero Accidents & Risk hazards. 6. Coordinate with Procurement and planning teams to ensure raw availability,Reduce Wastage. 7. Ensure Process are followed as per SOP. 8. Drive defect reduction environment & identifying root cause of defects , downtimes,etc. Education : Bachellor in Mechanical /Chemical / Industrial Engineering. [Speaking French is advantage] Experience : 20+ years of which at least 5 yearsexperience into Handling Plant operations. [Preferred : (a)Exposure to agrochemicals , Lubricants . (b)Exposure to Multi-product Plants. (c ) Exposure to working in African Countries.]
