Mill Manager

Job Description : Mill Manager DRC ???? Experience Required: minimum 10 years Key Responsibilities: • Lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs • Ensure smooth operation of boilers, turbines, generators, digesters, presses, clarifiers & other mill equipment • Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and corrective actions • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets • Lead and develop maintenance teams including engineers & technicians • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards • Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives • Coordinate with Production, Quality & Procurement teams ???? Ideal Candidate: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the palm oil industry • Strong technical knowledge of milling, refining & power generation systems • Experience in CMMS is an advantage • Proven leadership, problem-solving & team management skills ?
