Job Description : Agronomy & Plantation Manager (Rubber). DRC Key Requirements: Experience & Technical Skills: M.Sc. in Agriculture (Seed Science & Technology or a related field) 10–15 years of agronomy experience, preferably in rubber plantations Strong expertise in rubber cultivation practices and plantation management. Knowledge of soil health, irrigation systems, pest and disease control. Ability to optimize yield and implement sustainable farming practices. Core Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day plantation operations Develop and implement agronomic strategies for improved productivity Monitor crop health and ensure best agricultural practices Lead and manage field teams effectively Location: Central Africa We are looking for a highly experienced professional who can efficiently manage large-scale rubber plantation operations.
