Key Requirements: Hands-on experience in soya processing / solvent extraction plant (mandatory) Strong knowledge of production planning & process optimization Experience in handling maintenance, quality systems (QS), and utilities Well-versed with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation Ability to drive efficiency, yield improvement, and cost optimization Strong leadership skills with experience managing plant teams ???? Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end plant operations & production planning Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards Monitor plant performance using OEE and other KPIs Coordinate with maintenance & utility teams for smooth operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives
