Key Responsibilities Assist in leading overall plant maintenance operations to ensure maximum availability and reliability. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies. Handle maintenance of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems. Lead major shutdowns, overhauls, and emergency repairs. Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and statutory regulations. Optimize maintenance cost while improving plant efficiency and uptime. Coordinate with operations, engineering, and external vendors. Drive continuous improvement and reliability enhancement programs. Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance teams.
