Job Description : HR Manager - South Pacific Exceptional opportunity in a world-class resort in a truly iconic destination! Seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join a luxury island resort in the South Pacific. HR Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR function, including workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labour relations, benefits, legal compliance, training and development, employee wellbeing, and the overall HR structure and administration of the department. This role would suit a self-starting Hospitality HR professional who thrives in high-pressure, remote environments and understands the unique cultural landscape of the South Pacific region. Candidate requirements: ?Proven experience in a similar HR Manager role within a luxury hotel or resort. ?Experience living and working in a remote island environment is a must. ?South Pacific experience is highly desirable. ?A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. ?Excellent interpersonal skills with strong cultural intelligence to lead and engage a diverse, multicultural team.
