Job Description : Group CFO for a large-scale non-food retail business based in Germany. Open to International candidates This is a board-level role with full ownership of finance across a complex, multi-entity, multi-country operation, alongside responsibility for driving enterprise-wide transformation across finance and IT. Key Responsibilities: Lead group finance strategy, governance, and performance management Own P&L, cash flow, working capital, and margin optimisation Drive SAP-led transformation (ideally S/4HANA) across finance and retail operations Integrate finance and IT to deliver real-time reporting, data visibility, and decision support Standardise processes across markets and support post-acquisition integration Partner with CEO, Board, and investors on strategic direction and growth Profile: Proven Group CFO / with retail experience within large non-food retail or consumer businesses. Must have led at least a €2BN portfolio. Strong SAP implementation and transformation track record (finance + operational integration) Deep understanding of retail economics: inventory, margin, multi-channel performance Experience leading cross-border teams in complex environments Commercial, hands-on, and comfortable operating at board level Eaton SAKS International Group Dr. Lee Hutchinson This is not a functional finance role.
