Job Description : AGM ENGINEERING FRANCE Experience: 15+ Years Industry: Pharma (OSD Manufacturing) International candidates welcome Regulatory approved plant experience is mandatory Strong exposure to OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing Mechanical engineering background preferred Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage overall engineering operations in OSD manufacturing plant • Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of production & utility equipment • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.) • Oversee installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) & commissioning of machinery • Manage HVAC, water systems (PW/WFI), and other utilities • Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization & energy efficiency • Coordinate with QA/QC/Production for smooth plant operations • Ensure documentation as per GMP & regulatory guidelines • Lead engineering team, manpower planning & skill development • Vendor management & new machine procurement.
