Job Description : CEO Opportunity – Pharma Manufacturing (On-Site, West Coast USA) Open to International candidates Entrepreneurial Role | Plant Set-Up | Profit Sharing + Milestone Bonuses fast-growing GMP-regulated supplements & pharmaceutical manufacturer entering a major expansion phase. We’re hiring a CEO to lead strategy, operations, and new plant set-up as the company scales rapidly. Fully on-site (West Coast). Role Highlights: • Lead new plant establishment & commissioning • Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, QA/QC, regulatory & commercial • Ensure cGMP, EMEA & FDA readiness; lead FDA interactions • Drive scale-up, CAPEX, technology upgrades & investment decisions • Build teams, capability, culture & long-term enterprise value Ideal Profile: • CEO/COO/MD in pharma or nutraceuticals • Strong track record in plant set-up & validation • FDA inspection/audit exposure • 25+ years in GMP operations • Commercially strong, hands-on, entrepreneurial Package: Competitive base + profit-sharing + milestone bonuses tied to plant build-outs, scale-up & profitability.
