Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER DUBAI FOR FOOD TRADING Responsibility: Reporting to the MD and responsible to drive operational aspects of the business of products of (Dry Fruits & Nuts, Spices - Saffron) Providing Leadership support to teams across Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply chain, IT, Admin & HR and handling inter dept communication. Build relationship with existing Key customers and develop new clients Strong Negotiation skills Training of staff and Recruitment - Identifying any skill gap Implementation of new policies for Production planning Supervising Sales & Marketing operations. handle entire operations (Sales, marketing, Production, Supply chain) of a Food trading Company Candidates only with Food Trading background apply. Salary: AED 15K – 25K ( Plus Standard benefits & bonus)
