Job Description : Factory Manager (Food & Beverage Industry – Dairy & Juices) CARIBBEAN We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Factory Manager to lead and oversee our food production operations, specializing in dairy and juice manufacturing. - Manage day-to-day factory operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. - Oversee production planning, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain coordination. - Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies. - Lead, train, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence. - Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and reporting. - Proven experience in the food industry, specifically in dairy and/or juice production. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Solid understanding of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO standards preferred). - Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Nationality requirement: Algerian or Tunisian only. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
