Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Growth • Define and execute regional business strategy aligned with group objectives • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across multiple countries • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment areas 2. Operations & Performance Management • Oversee end-to-end business operations across all countries and business units • Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and governance structures • Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence 3. Financial Oversight • Own P&L responsibility for the region • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance • Ensure strong financial controls and commercial decision-making 4. Leadership & Team Management • Lead and develop country heads and senior leadership teams • Build a high-performance culture with accountability and ownership • Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability 5. Stakeholder & Partner Management • Engage with promoters, board members, and key stakeholders • Build strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and government bodies • Represent the organization at a regional and international level 6. Governance & Compliance • Ensure compliance with local regulations across all operating countries • Implement strong risk management and corporate governance practices.
