This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing teams, and ensuring seamless day-to-day camp operations in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all camp operations, ensuring world-class service and standards • Personally host guests, agents, and media – creating memorable, tailored experiences • Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to drive performance and engagement • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and succession planning • Ensure smooth administration, stock control, reporting, and compliance • Drive financial discipline, cost control, and operational efficiency • Maintain camp facilities, assets, and preventative maintenance plans
