Job Description : Senior VIP Sales professional in Dubai. This role is focused on high-value client engagement, so we’re looking for someone who is genuinely strong with people, understands the luxury watch space, and is confident managing relationships with VIP and UHNW clients. You’ll be expected to build and maintain your own client book, drive private sales, and create a personalised experience that goes beyond the standard retail environment. A big part of the role is clienteling, staying close to your clients, understanding their preferences, and being proactive with outreach, whether that’s new collections, rare pieces, or private viewings. You’ll also support boutique performance, working closely with the wider team while taking ownership of your individual targets. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in luxury watches, not just general retail. Product knowledge, credibility with clients, and an existing network in the region will make a big difference here. This suits someone who is polished, discreet, and commercially strong, but also very natural in how they build relationships. Only candidates with relevant luxury watch experience will be contacted.
