Flagship Store Director

Job Description : Flagship Store Director role for a global luxury brand based in Dubai Mall. This is a large-scale operation, so we’re looking for someone who has already managed high-volume, flagship environments and is comfortable leading sizeable teams while keeping a strong grip on both the commercial and people side of the business. The role is very hands-on. You’ll be leading from the front, driving performance, staying close to the team, and making sure the client experience is where it needs to be at all times. There’s a big focus on building relationships with VIP and local clientele, so understanding the market and being confident in that space is key. You’ll also be working closely with regional leadership, managing KPIs, overseeing operations, and making sure the store reflects the brand at the highest level day in, day out. We are specifically looking for someone who is an Arabic speaker, with strong experience in luxury retail, ideally within a flagship or large-format store. Female candidates are preferred in line with the client’s requirements. This role suits someone confident, commercially sharp, and very comfortable managing both people and performance in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
