This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving people strategy, ensuring strong industrial relations, and building a high-performance workforce. ???? What We’re Looking For: ? MHRM / MBA (HR) ? 20+ years of experience in Multi-Plant HR & IR ? experience in large manufacturing companies must ? Strong exposure to union handling & IR frameworks ? Deep understanding of labour laws & statutory compliance ? Telugu language proficiency (mandatory) ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Plant HR operations • Maintain harmonious industrial relations • Drive workforce productivity & engagement • Partner with business leaders on people strategy • Ensure compliance with all statutory & labour regulations
