Job Description : Head of Human Resources (HR) Location: Hyderabad Client: USA-Based GCC ???? CTC: Up to ?75 LPA We are hiring a seasoned HR leader to head HR for a fast-growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, driving people strategy aligned with global (US) operations. ???? Key Requirements: ? 15+ years in HR leadership, with 10+ years in GCCs ? Experience as Head/CHRO/VP HR in a USA-based GCC ? Strong expertise in US-India HR practices, compliance & payroll ? Exposure to ESOPs/RSUs, FEMA, TDS, SOX ? Proven stakeholder management with US leadership ? Master’s in HR + SHRM (preferred) ???? Role Highlights: • Lead end-to-end HR for Hyderabad GCC • Drive talent, engagement & retention strategies • Align India HR practices with US global standards • Manage performance, compensation & workforce planning
