Job Description : Store Manager NIGERIA Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with prior exposure to African markets to oversee end-to-end warehouse and store operations. The role involves efficient inventory control, stock management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Control Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movements Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize stock loss Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations Warehouse Operations Manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials Ensure proper handling and storage conditions Team Management Supervise store staff, loaders, and warehouse personnel Allocate duties and monitor performance Ensure discipline and adherence to safety practices Documentation & Reporting Maintain records such as GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and reports Prepare MIS reports and update management regularly Coordination Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams Ensure timely availability of materials and smooth dispatch operations Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Maintain warehouse safety standards and cleanliness Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 10 years of experience in store/warehouse management Experience in African countries is mandatory Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems Strong team handling and leadership skills Good communication and problem-solving ability
