Job Description : HOD HR AND ADMIN MAINZ GERMANY Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience CTC Euro 280,000 – 300,00 PA Industry: Forging / Automotive components and sheet metal manufacturing Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years in HR & IR in forging companies OR Automotive components & sheet metal manufacturing sectors. An individual must possess hands-on experience in plant HR, including a strong understanding of labour laws, challenges related to manpower availability and attrition, as well as expertise in handling industrial relations (IR) and legal matters. Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management. Law background – added advantage
