The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a strong presence in the market, focused on delivering high-quality products and services to its customers Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Attend industry events and exhibitions to represent the organisation and expand the client base. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Manager should have: A strong background in sales within the industry. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
