Industry: Sugar / Agro Processing / Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: • Lead integrated plantation & refinery operations • Optimize cane supply, crushing efficiency & refined sugar output • Oversee agronomy, harvesting, irrigation & estate mechanization • Manage milling, refining, packaging & storage operations • Drive maintenance reliability, cost control & EBITDA growth • Ensure HSE, sustainability & regulatory compliance • Build high-performing cross-functional teams ???? Ideal Candidate: ? 15+ years of experience in sugar plantation & factory operations ? Strong expertise in sugar cane agronomy, milling/refining & utilities ? Proven leadership in large-scale industrial/agri operations ? Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen ? Degree in Engineering / Agronomy (MBA preferred) ?
