Job Description : HEMM ELECTRICAL/MECHATRONICS MAINTENANCE ENGINEER NIGERIA 15+ years experience Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of HEMM's Electrical / Electronics /Mechatronics systems. Trouble shooting with the help of Error code analysis generated thru (CAT) ET software and equivalent software for other manufacturers. HEMM Maintenance such as Bulldozer, Grader, Dumper, Excavator, Asphalt Paver, Roller, Wheel loader, Trailer etc maintenance jobs. Operator training, quality control, inventory control, vendor relations, spare parts planning, ensure equipment records keeping. Higher National Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics engineering Minimum 12-15 years experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of Electrical / Electronics / Hydraulic section of HEMM is must Experience in maintenance of road construction equipments such as Dozer, Grader, Dumpers, Excavators, Rollers, wheel loaders, Trailers, Paver machines, generators, motors, pumps and compressors is a must. Hands on experience in using software such as ET (CAT) and similar software for other brand SANY, LIUGONG etc for analysing faults. Experience of analysing the error code generated by ET (CAT ) software and equivalent software for other machines. Understanding of HEMM circuits of engine section, electrical section, hydraulic section & undercarriage section. Experience of analysing and rectifying the faults in Electro hydraulic system, Electronic main control valve, Electronically cooling fan, pressure relief valves, ECM, Relays and Solenoid. Detailed understanding of pressure on various section of machine and the pressure adjustment mechanism. Experience in maintenance of more than 200 HEMM, Managing a team of electrical technicians, and management of interpersonal relation with mechanical and hydraulic teams.
