INDIA Qualification : MBA in Logistics / Supply Chain Experience : 20+ yrs Industry : Beverage industry CTC : 50 – 60 LPA Job description : To lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory management. Role & responsibilities · Providing strategic direction and leadership for end-to-end logistics and shipping operations. Driving digitalization, cost optimization, efficiency improvements and process standardization across transportation, warehousing and distribution. Leading and developing the logistics and shipping team to enhance capability and performance. · Compliance, Safety & Transporter Governance · Cost optimization through load planning & route rationalization · Dispatch readiness vs production & sales plan. · Plant Dispatch & Market Fulfilment Excellence · Collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Finance · Align supply with demand planning and market requirements. · Drive below KPIs : o OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery % o Logistics cost as % of sales o Inventory turnover / DOH o Damage & breakage % o Fleet utilization % o Warehouse productivity
