Job Description : Head – Formulations OSD R&D IRELAND Open to International candidates Travel to European sites is required seasoned R&D leader to head OSD Formulations, driving complex product development, regulatory strategy, and global portfolio expansion (US/EU/ROW). Key Requirements: ? PhD / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) ? 20+ years in OSD Formulations R&D ? Leadership experience as Head/VP – R&D ? Strong exposure to US/EU filings (ANDA, 505(b)(2)) ? Expertise in complex generics, NDDS, QbD, scale-up & commercialisation
