Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI A well-established facilities management business with a strong footprint across the UAE, delivering integrated services across cleaning, MEP, security, and technical operations. With a growing portfolio of contracts, the business is entering its next phase of scale and requires stronger financial control, commercial visibility, and operational discipline. This is not a back-office finance role. You will sit at the intersection of operations, contracts, and profitability. You will take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with the business to: Drive margin visibility across contracts and identify leakage points Strengthen cost control across manpower-heavy operations Build and track contract-level P&Ls (not just company-level reporting) Support leadership on pricing, bids, and commercial decisions Improve cash flow, collections, and working capital discipline Bring structure to reporting, forecasting, and financial planning as the business scales The mandate is simple: bring financial clarity to a fast-growing, operationally complex business. Qualified CA 8–12 years of experience, ideally within facilities management, contracting, or services-led businesses Strong exposure to contract-based revenue models and cost structures Proven ability to work closely with operations and commercial teams Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and building P&L visibility at a granular level Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a growing, evolving environment
