Job Description : Head of Talent Acquisition - Abu Dhabi - Workforce Planning Your new role · The Head of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning will report to the CHRO. · Primarily a Strategic Talent Acquisition role - circa 70 new white collar hires per year. · Ability to present to the C-level and present the workforce planning analysis to them. · Full understanding of the dynamics of workforce planning and the underlying dynamics. · HR Metrics – be able to benchmark, analyse and creating a hiring plans for 1 - 5 years. · Additional strategic HR related tasks: o Employer branding o Managing the on-boarding o Employee relations What you'll need to succeed · Circa 15 years’ experience · Bachelors degree is a must for the visa · Full understanding of Emiratization recruitment and have been involved in large-scale Emiratazation projects · Full knowledge and experience of creating detailed workforce plans and presenting to C-level · Someone who works or has worked in UAE and knows the recruitment dynamic here · Proactive, strategic, credible.
