Job Description : HR & Operations Manager Location: Sharjah, UAE August 75 is looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Talent acquisition & recruitment, KPI/KPA monitoring across departments, attendance supervision & management, Emiratization (end-to-end management), workforce productivity monitoring, employee engagement programs, training & development, employee retention strategies, and employee satisfaction & wellbeing. Operations: Workforce mobilization planning, on-time deployment & delivery, worker mobilization management, onsite trade testing & skill assessment, facility optimization (camp & transportation), supplier management, and supplier retention & relationship building.
