Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager Manufacturing and Distribution Dubai . The organisation has enjoyed strong growth and has built a solid reputation for themselves over the past few years. Due to this they are now seeking to appoint a Finance Manager. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the full finance function including month end closing, budgeting forecasting and providing detailed and insightful MIS to support business decision making. This is a new role for the organisation so the Finance Manager will be tasked with setting up policies and procedures, automating processes and providing strategic and commercial support to the CEO, who this person will report directly to. As the business grows there may be the need for the Finance Manager to get involved in due diligence and feasibility analysis. To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience in the capacity of a Finance Manager for a SME organisation where they have managed a team and held full autonomy for their function. Previous experience in food manufacturing and distribution is required and they must be able to demonstrate strong business partnering skills. A finance qualification is also mandatory and candidates must already be based in the UAE.
