Job Description : FC KENYA ONLY PHARMA INDUSTRY 15+ years experience inancial Controller Key Responsibilities: Direct the month-end and year-end close processes for the manufacturing facility. Analyze Gross-to-Net (GTN) revenue, accounting for rebates, chargebacks, and returns. Maintain accurate Standard Costing for all SKUs, including raw materials and packaging. Perform Variance Analysis on labor, materials, and overhead to identify production bottlenecks. Manage Inventory Valuation, ensuring compliance with FIFO/LIFO and monitoring for obsolete or expired pharmaceutical stock. Ensure all financial reporting meats industry-specific standards and local statutory requirements. Track and analyze spending on Research & Development and clinical trials to ensure projects stay within budget. Oversee the costing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). packaging, and batch-level production costs. Lead internal and external audits, focusing on transparency and the prevention of revenue leakage in complex distribution channels
