Job Description : Security Head No. of vacancy: 01 Industry: Renewable Energy Location : MOZAMBIQUE Age : Max. 55 years ‘11 Salary : 30- 40 LPA Job Description: • Design and oversee 24/7 security schedules to eliminate theft and vandalism during construction and operations. • Modernize field operations by introducing night-vision tech, drone patrolling, security guard movement tracking and GPS-based guard tracking systems. • Work with multiple EPC and O&M organizations and their sub-contractors in each plant to deliver Security Services • Lead the resolution of high-stakes Right of Way (RoW) issues and land-access disputes. • Develop and conduct rigorous training programs for on-site Skill & Qualification Requirements : • Candidates must be Ex-Army, Navy, or Air Force officer with 10+ years of service, preferably in security, logistics, or operations. Familiarity with solar/wind infrastructure or renewable energy operations preferred. • Openness to integrating Al, loT, and surveillance technology into traditional security frameworks.
