Job Description : General Manager - Packaging and Printing manufacturing JAMAICA Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Printing Technology Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, with leadership role exposure Salary: USD 150,000 PA plus bachelor benefits dynamic General Manager to oversee packaging and printing operations. The role requires strong technical and business leadership to ensure production efficiency and market competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end operations including printing, packaging production, and finishing · Handle and Guide maintenance and utility team • Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products • Develop business strategies to expand market share • Control operational costs and improve efficiency • Supervise technical teams, production staff, and administrative units • Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Job Requirements: • Strong understanding of printing and packaging processes • Experience in managing large teams and production lines • Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills · Understanding of compliance and audits · Good exposure of 5S · Successful track record of working in good companies Applicants with relevant experience in the paper packaging & printing industry or in industry sector are highly encouraged to apply
