Job Description : Business Manager – Confectionery We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee our confectionery distribution operations. This role requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to manage the business end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, growth, and high product standards. ???? Key Responsibilities: ?? Full P&L responsibility for the confectionery business unit ??Oversee end-to-end business operations, from procurement to distribution ??Drive business growth through effective planning and execution ??Establish and manage distribution channels across key markets like UAE/ GCC, Africa and Asia ??Handle import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations ??Maintain and monitor product quality standards across the supply chain ??Build and manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key partners ????Requirements: ??Drive business growth through effective planning and execution ??Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L ??Strong understanding of distribution networks and supply chain ??Should have atleast 15 years of relevant work experience in business management within FMCG, food, or distribution ??Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications desired
