Core Expectations BusinessGrowth & Scaling - Ability to scale revenue meaningfully over the next 3–5 years - Strong experience in building and expanding #distributionnetworks - Capability to drive #B2B / #OEM / #institutional business Operations & Execution - Strong understanding of manufacturing-led businesses - Ability to improve plant efficiency, #coststructure, and #margins - Hands-on execution mindset, not just strategic oversight Strategic Thinking - Ability to define and execute a clear growth roadmap - Identify new markets, product opportunities, and expansion areas - Strong #commercial and #pricing understanding Leadership & TeamBuilding - Capability to build and lead a strong second line - Experience in hiring and managing senior teams - Ability to bring structure and discipline to the organization 3. Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have: - Handled full P&L responsibility - Experience in #lubricants / #petrochemicals / #specialtychemicals / industrial sectors - Worked in distribution-driven business models - Ideally scaled a business or division meaningfully 4. What We Are NOT Looking For - Purely functional leaders (sales-only / operations-only / finance-only) - Candidates without P&L ownership - Candidates with only large MNC exposure but no hands-on execution experience 5.
