Job Description : General Manager – Cotton Business We are looking for a seasoned leader to head an end-to-end cotton business, managing the full value chain from farmer engagement and procurement to ginning, supply chain, and exports, with complete P&L ownership. Key Responsibilities: • Lead sourcing, ginning (processing), and export operations • Drive farmer engagement and improve yield & procurement efficiency • Own P&L – deliver on volumes, margins, and profitability • Manage end-to-end supply chain and commercial performance • Lead cross-functional teams and build a high-performance culture • Navigate regulatory frameworks and external stakeholder ecosystem Ideal Profile: • 15–20+ years in cotton / agri commodities / plant-led businesses Location: Africa
