Head of Finance

Job Description : HEAD OF CONTRACTING FINANCE DUBAI Senior Finance Leader with Construction, Manufacturing and/or Contracting experience This role will provide both Strategic and Operational support to the organisation through supervision of the finance department at Group HQ and across subsidiary business units. He/She will report directly to the CEO and will liaise with each business unit on strategic and financial matters including budget management, cash flow management, financial controls, external audit, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, ERP/reporting and the securing of new funding. All financial controllers at the business units report directly to this role. To be considered for this role candidates must meet all of the following criteria - Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA with experience as CFO, Head of Finance or Finance Director in contracting, construction or manufacturing and experience including M&A, JVs, Debt Restructuring and Debt Financing. Preference will be given to those with a mix of industry and Big 4 at manager level or above.
