Job Description : HR Operations Manager ???? Location: UAE We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage HR operations and contribute to building a strong organizational culture. ???? Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR operations functions Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting on ERP Design and conduct employee engagement initiatives Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR processes Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of HR processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality ???? Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, prior experience working in the GCC region will be an advantage Strong knowledge of HR operations and best practices Excellent interpersonal, analytical, decision making and organizational skills Professional HR certification is preferred
