Site Manager

Job Description : Site Manager position in East Sudan Job Purpose: Lead and direct all operational, technical, and administrative activities in the field, ensuring the achievement of production targets while maintaining full compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in the mining sector, in alignment with the approved budget Key Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage and Supervise field day to day operations (Geology, Drilling, Blasting, Maintenance Processing and logistics). · Monitor Production targets to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly output goals. · Coordinate activities of different field departments. · Oversee gold shipment approvals and ensure full implementation of international HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. · Manage Site workforce and contractors. · Ensure Compliance with HSE Policies, environmental regulations and mining Laws. · Ensure proper utilization of equipment and resources Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field. (An MBA or PMP certification is highly preferred). Experience At least 8 years of experience in mining site managerial position, Prior experience working in remote locations is an advantageous Experience in Gold & Base metals field is important. Experience in resource allocation, logistics, and scheduling to optimize productivity Technical Skills Strong project management skills workforce supervision and operational planning skills o Proficiency in end-to-end Mining operations including exploration, blasting, quarrying, processing o Familiarity with mining technologies, geological assessments, exploration and mining equipment Soft Skills: o communication, leadership, negotiation and Crises management ·Compensation: - Competitive package - Air tickets to – from Sudan on leave period to their home destination.
