Job Description : : Head of Department – Quality (Indian Expatriate) Location: Ajaokuta, Nigeria Department: Quality Control Reporting to: Factory Head Salary: $2500 Industry: Building Materials (Tiles, Natural stones, Steel, Paints) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Department – Quality for an expatriate assignment within a large-scale manufacturing environment. The candidate is responsible for leading the quality function, ensuring that all products meet defined standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. Requirements B. Tech or diploma in ceramic or chemical Engineering. Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment Proven leadership experience managing quality teams in large-scale industrial operations Ensure compliance with Plant SOP and approved matrix, benchmark with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13006 (Tile standards), EN Standards to prepare the factory to get ISO Certifications in coming years.
