The incumbent will be responsible for executing overall business and finance strategies to ensure maximum performance delivery. S/he will spearhead full P&L responsibility to drive growth, create value and unlock true potential of the business. The leader will play a crucial role in business delivery, projects, financial reporting, free cash flow management, Hedging & pricing strategy, treasury and banking. Drive highest order of governance, ethics, compliance and transparent reporting of business risk and audit management. Sharp focus on cutting-edge Technology, Digitalization & Innovation, Benchmarking with Global best practices and leveraging Analytics will be key success factors for this role. The ideal candidate should be a CA with of 7-10 years of experience of leading business and finance domain. Excellent communication, strong business acumen, team building, stakeholder management and proven capability in delivering results & outcomes. Exposure to global best practices in natural resources sector or in manufacturing setup Strong background of Business, Global Benchmarking, Technology & Digitalization Leaders with global experience and women leaders are encouraged to apply
