Job Description : FINANCE HEAD (RETAIL / FMCG) ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ???? Salary: AED 40,000 – AED 50,000 (Based on Exp) Role Overview: Seeking a high-caliber Finance Head to lead the transformation of a multi-brand family office into a structured, scalable enterprise. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive profitability, governance, and long-term value creation. Requirements: ???? Qualification: Must be a CA, ACCA, or equivalent. ???? 15–20 Years Exp: (Multi-brand, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing). ???? Shariah Finance: Mandatory experience in Islamic/Shariah-compliant finance. ???? Big 4 Background: Previous experience in a Big 4 firm is a significant plus. ???? Technical: Mastery of IFRS, Corporate Tax, VAT, and ESR. Key Responsibilities: ???? Drive financial strategy and long-range planning for a multi-brand group. ???? Transition family structures into modern corporate governance. ???? Lead global treasury, manufacturing costing, and ERP/BI transformation.
