Job Description : Plant Head – Formulations (Injectable Plant) IRELAND Open to International candidates Plant Head to lead operations for a high-quality Injectable manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end plant management, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and delivery of business objectives in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and EHS Ensure strict compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, MHRA, WHO, etc.) Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives Oversee sterile manufacturing processes including aseptic filling and lyophilization Strengthen Quality systems and ensure audit readiness at all times Lead and develop cross-functional teams to build a high-performance culture Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of production targets Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and expansion projects 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong exposure to injectables Proven experience in leading a large manufacturing plant as Plant Head/Unit Head Strong knowledge of sterile operations and regulatory compliance Experience in handling global regulatory audits successfully Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Educational background: M.Pharm
