Role Overview: Manage and oversee transportation operations for a fleet of 70 in-house trucks Handle driver scheduling, supervision, and performance control Plan and optimize delivery routes and trip schedules Ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency ????
