Job Description : Plant Security Manager NIGERIA We are looking for an experienced and vigilant Plant Security Manager to lead and manage security operations at our plant. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of our people, protection of assets, and smooth functioning of plant operations. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end plant security including access control, surveillance, and gate operations • Monitor movement of personnel, vehicles, and materials • Safeguard critical installations and prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access • Lead emergency response during incidents such as fire, accidents, or security breaches • Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Coordinate with local authorities and internal teams • Train and supervise security personnel ???? Preferred Candidates Profile • 12+ years of experience in plant/industrial security • Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry preferred • Background in Defence, Paramilitary (CISF/CRPF), or Police is a strong advantage
