Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day administrative and facility operations of the Visa Application Centre, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional environment Oversee vendor management, including housekeeping, security, courier, maintenance, and office suppliers • Control office assets, inventory, uniforms, and consumables to prevent wastage and shortages • Manage facility maintenance, utilities, and repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations • Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and building regulations • Support new centre setups, relocations, and refurbishments • Coordinate travel, accommodation, ID cards, access badges, and staff welfare services • Maintain administrative records, contracts, and service agreements • Prepare and manage administration and facilities budgets in coordination with the Country Manager • Handle purchase requests and PO tracking, ensuring procurement follows company policy • Prepare administrative performance reports and track KPIs (e.g., maintenance response time, cost per sqm, vendor SLA performance) Report incidents, downtime, and facility-related risks ???? Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field (minimum) • At least 10 years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role • Experience in service industries, BPO, government services, or high-volume operations preferred
