Assistant General Manager Sales

Job Description : AGM – Sales (NIF Pvt Ltd Consumer Division) The position is AGM-Sales for our NIF Pvt Ltd Consumer Division Business, based in Gurgaon and will report to GM, Sales NICD. AGM-Sales is responsible for driving expected levels of revenue and profitability, customer success and managing all aspects of the region including sales and marketing strategy. As part of core team, the AGM-Sales participates in establishing field strategy for the Pan India region. Also responsible for maintaining and promoting company business objectives in all activities associated with company business code of conduct. YOU MUST HAVE · Bachelor’s degree/equivalent or Master’s degree/MBA/equivalent with significant experience · 10-15 years of field sales management experience with exposure in Distribution Sales Management/General Trade/Channel Sales with at least 5-6 years’ Middle Management role · Established track record in managing organizational change · Strong financial acumen, setting and achieving targets/KPI and reporting on these KPIs. ·
