Job Description : FACTORY HEAD NIGERIA Experience: 12–15 Years ???? Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering We are looking for an experienced Factory Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for aluminum drawing press lines. ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved • Oversee aluminum drawing press lines (50T–200T) for optimal performance • Drive production planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery • Manage hydraulic press operations, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvement • Implement preventive & breakdown maintenance strategies • Ensure quality standards, reduce rejection rates, and drive improvements • Lead and train shop-floor teams (operators, technicians, maintenance staff) • Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and quality ???? Key Requirements • Hands-on experience with hydraulic presses (50T–200T) • Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical control systems • Experience in aluminum press/drawing operations preferred • Strong leadership and team management skills • Ability to train and develop shop-floor workforce ????
