Job Description : Associate Vice President - Human Resources (Generalist) INDIA Eligibility: 1. Candidate must have 8-10 years experience in Senior HR position. 2. Candidate must have 4-5 years experience in MFI Industry. 3. Candidate must have experience in Recruitment, Business Partnering, HR Operations and Payroll. 4. Candidate must have experience of Team Handling and should be familiar with working in Head Office. 5. Minimum qualification MBA in HR. 6. Female resources who have worked in HR strategic Role with senior Manangement in previous role can be given Preference. Remuneration is negotiable.
