Job Description : Head – Quality Assurance TRUCKS SLOVENIA Open to International candidates - Strong expertise in automotive and EV quality systems - Deep understanding of EV powertrain & high-voltage systems - Proven track record in failure analysis and problem-solving - Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards - Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management - Ability to manage suppliers and large teams effectively Qualifications & Experience: - BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive Engineering (Master’s preferred) - 25 years of experience in automotive/EV quality - Minimum 5–8 years in leadership role - Experience in commercial vehicles / tipper trucks / heavy vehicles preferred
