Head of Finance

Job Description : Head of Finance We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support organizational growth. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field • Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance, with leadership exposure • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Qatar Key Responsibilities: • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management • Ensure effective internal controls and risk management • Lead and develop the finance team
